CAKES BY NAVI TERMS & AGREEMENT 

Please carefully read these Terms and Agreement prior to submitting any payment.

Payment confirms your agreement to these terms.

CAKE DESIGN/DETAILS

• If you submit a photo of a cake design you would like, we will try our best to match the colors, size, and structure but please note, it will not be exact. 

• Floral options and colors may vary based on the season and local availability.

• Please be aware, fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain contaminants.

• All “non-toxic” items you chose for this order such as disco dust are not edible but used for decorating purposes only.

• Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

PAYMENT

• Payment in full confirms your order for your event date and is nonrefundable or transferable. Any changes requested after payment has been submitted may result in additional fees.

• A 33% rush fee will be included in the total for orders placed 1 week or less in advance.

• All payments are final and nonrefundable.

CURBSIDE PICKUP POLICY​​

• A pickup location will be provided after you have confirmed your order with payment.

• Please text upon arrival and your order will be brought to you at your car.

• Cakes By Navi is not responsible for the condition of the cake once it has been picked up.

• If you are unsatisfied with the appearance of your order upon pickup for any reason, please express your concerns before departing with the product.

CANCELLATION

• In the event of cancellation, all payments are nonrefundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Cakes by Navi has the right to cancel your order should an extremely rare emergency arise. You will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a refund within 24 hours.

LATE POLICY​​

• Due to scheduling, please arrive no later than 20-minutes after the agreed upon curbside pickup time. In the event that you are unable to arrive on time, please communicate this change immediately so that we may coordinate an alternative time.

• A late pickup is subject to availability and may possibly result in a pickup date/time that conflicts with the timing of your event.

• If there is availability for a late pick up, a fee of $20 per hour must be paid prior to retrieving your order. For example: Your curbside pickup is scheduled for 11am. At 10:50am you notify Cakes By Navi that you won't make it by 11:20am and ask if a pickup at 11:40am may be accommodated. Cakes By Navi agrees to wait. Payment of $20 must be submitted immediately via Zelle, CashApp or Venmo and your new window for pick up is from 11:20-12:20pm. This fee is not prorated. 

• Please be on time to avoid any complications on the date of your event.

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement and declare that you are responsible for all payments and decision making regarding this cake order.
